About the Program
The Kotak Life Insurance Scholarship Program 2025-26 is an initiative by Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Ltd. to provide financial assistance to students from Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra to help them continue their higher education. Under this scholarship program, students from Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra who are currently studying in the first year of a B.Com course at one of the specified colleges will receive a scholarship of up to INR 30,000 per year for three years to cover their academic expenses.

What is the Eligibility
- Students from Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra will be eligible to apply.
- Students must be enrolled in the first year of the B.Com program.
- Students must have secured 60% marks or more in Classes 10 and 12.
- The applicant’s annual family income must be INR 3,60,000 or less.

- Children of employees of Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Limited and Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply.

- Fill in the required details in the online application form.
- Upload the necessary documents.
- Accept the 'Terms and Conditions' and click on 'Preview.'
- Review the preview screen to ensure that all the filled-in details are correct.
- If everything is accurate, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application.

Benefits

- Current Year Admission Proof (Fee Receipt/ Admission Letter)
- Student ID card and bona fide certificate issued by the institution.
- Income Proof (Form 16A, income certificate from government authority, salary slips, etc.)
- Bank Account details of the applicant or their family.
- Passport-size photograph
- Fee Structure/ Undertaking stating the total course fee
