About the Program
The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2026 is an opportunity offered by the Hungarian Government to students pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral, and non-degree programmes. What is the Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must be nominated by the responsible authorities of the sending partners mentioned in the list (which includes India) for full time and exchange study programmes.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates can apply by following these steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Click on ‘Sign in/Register’ on the top right hand side of the page.
Step 4: Click on ‘I am a New Applicant’
Step 5: Enter your email ID and click on ‘Register’. You will receive a link on your email ID.
Step 6: Click on the ‘Click here to register’ button that you receive in the registration email.
Step 7: Fill in your name and password and click on register
Step 8: Fill in all the mentioned information. Click on the ‘Continue’ button and proceed with your application.

Benefits
The selected candidates shall receive:
- A monthly stipend of HUF 43,700 and other benefits
- Full tuition fee
- Free accommodation or a a contribution of HUF 40,000 per month towards accommodation
- Medical insurance for up to HUF 65,000
