The Rolls-Royce Wings4Her Scholarship for Women Engineering Students 2025-26 is a distinguished initiative by Rolls-Royce India Pvt. Ltd., designed to provide financial assistance to exceptional female students pursuing engineering degrees. This scholarship is specifically available to female students enrolled in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of undergraduate engineering programs at AICTE-recognised institutions across India. Awardees of this scholarship will receive INR 35,000 to support their academic expenses throughout their engineering studies. Additionally, the program offers valuable mentorship opportunities with leading professionals from Rolls-Royce India, further enriching the scholarship experience and strengthening the support system for eligible students.

What is the Eligibility

  • Female students pursuing engineering in their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year across India, in fields such as aerospace, computers, electronics, marine, etc.
  • Students must be enrolled in an AICTE-recognised institution, with preference for students from government colleges.
  • Applicants must have scored over 60% in their Class 10th and Class 12th board exams.
  • Student family income should not exceed INR 4 lakhs per annum.

Note:

  • Preference given to students from special categories, such as physically challenged, single-parent, or orphans.
  • Female students who have previously been part of Wings4Her (formerly known as the Unnati Project) and are now pursuing their engineering degree are encouraged to apply and will be given preference.
  • Applications are also open for female scholars who have previously received the Rolls-Royce Wings4Her Scholarship for Women Engineering Students 2025-26 in 2024 and are currently in their 4th year of an engineering degree program.

  • You will now be redirected to the ‘Rolls-Royce Wings4Her Scholarship for Women Engineering Students 2025-26’ application form page.
  • Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
  • Fill in the required details in the online application form.
  • Upload relevant documents.
  • Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’. 
  • If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

Selected students will receive a scholarship of INR 35,000.

Note: Selected scholars will also receive one-to-one and one-to-many mentorship sessions, like webinars and workshops from industry experts at Rolls-Royce India. The webinars will cover topics such as the Importance of time management, dealing with stress, skill enhancement (English communication, CV writing, mock interview), growth mindset & habits, staying motivated, positive psychology, and Personality development.

  • Aadhaar card
  • Current academic year admission proof [AY 2025-26 (college ID card/admission fees receipt, bonafide certificate/ admission letter, etc.)]
  • Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet (self-attested copy)
  • Previous academic year marksheet (2024-25)
  • Bank account details of the scholarship applicant (cancelled cheque/passbook copy)
  • Family income proof (any of the three proofs given below):
  • Income proof issued by Gram Panchayat/Ward Counsellor/Sarpanch
  • Income proof issued by SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar
  • Salary slip
