About the Program
The Kotak Suraksha Scholarship Program 2024-25, an initiative by Kotak Securities, is designed to offer financial support to deserving PwD (Persons with Disabilities) students in India to help them pursue their education and achieve their academic goals. Under this scholarship program, PwD students pursuing their general/professional graduation in India are eligible to receive a scholarship of up to INR 1,00,000 per year.

What is the Eligibility
- Open to PwD (Persons with Disabilities) students.
- Applicants must be pursuing general/professional graduation courses.
- Applicants must have secured at least 50% marks in their previous academic year.
- Annual family income of applicants should not be more than INR 3,20,000.
- PAN India applicants are eligible.
- Children of employees of Kotak Securities, its affiliates and Buddy4Study are not eligible.
How to Apply

- Login to Buddy4Study with your registered ID and land on the ‘Application Form Page’.
- If not registered, register at Buddy4Study with your email, mobile, or Gmail account.
- You will now be redirected to the ‘Kotak Suraksha Scholarship Program 2024-25’ application form page.
- Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
- Fill in the required details in the online application form.
- Upload relevant documents.
- Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’.
- If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

Benefits
Scholarship up to INR 65,000 per year
Note: The scholarship amount includes tuition fees, hostel fees, mess fees, travel expenses, books, stationery, devices/data, etc. Additionally, the scholarship covers expenses related to supporting disabilities, ensuring a comprehensive approach to fostering educational advancement for PwD students.

- Proof of identity (Aadhaar card)
- Current year admission proof (admission letter/institution identity card/Bonafide certificate)
- Current Year Fee Receipt / Fee Structure
- Class 10 and 12 Marksheets
- Previous academic year mark sheets
- Family income proof (of one of them):
- Income proof issued by Gram Panchayat (signed and stamped)
- Income proof issued by Tehsildar/BDP (for rural areas)
- Certificate from concerned authorities for person having income from agriculture, horticulture and veterinary sources
- Affidavit for orphans/single parent child (where family lost the earning member)
- Last three months’ salary slips/ITR/Form 16
- BPL/Ration Card
- Bank account details of the applicant
- Recent photograph
- Disability Certificate
- Parents Death/Orphan Certificate (If Applicable)
