About the Program
The Ranchi4Ranchi Kind Circle Scholarship, where students can apply, is a community-driven initiative that supports deserving students from Ranchi district who face financial or social challenges in continuing their education. Though Ranchi is Jharkhand’s education hub, many talented students — especially girls, tribals, students with disabilities, and first-generation learners — struggle to pursue higher or skill-based studies due to limited resources.
This program, part of the Ranchi4Ranchi Scholarship Kind Circle, invites individuals and organizations to contribute towards education. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit and financial need, with complete transparency and direct benefit transfer to verified student accounts. Through collective kindness, citizens, corporates, and alumni are empowering the next generation of learners and making Ranchi a model of educational compassion and inclusion.
What is the Eligibility
- Class 6 – PG deaf students from Ranchi district
How to Apply
- Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button below.
- Login to your Buddy4Study account or register using your email, mobile number, or Gmail ID.
- You’ll be redirected to the Ranchi4Ranchi Data Plan Scholarship for Deaf Students application page.
- Click ‘Start Application’ to begin.
- Your personal and bank details will auto-populate from your verified Purple Dot profile.
- Review the pre-filled information and upload your current data plan bill or recharge proof (if applicable).
- Confirm and submit your application after reviewing all details.
- Once verified, the scholarship amount of ₹1,500 will be directly transferred to your registered bank account.

- Current education proof – valid school/college ID card, fee receipt, or bonafide certificate
- Marksheet of the last qualifying exam
- Ranchi domicile certificate or proof of studying Class 10/12 in Ranchi
- Bank passbook copy or cancelled cheque of the applicant’s active account
