About the Program
The BGM Foundation Pashu-Seva Scholarship Program 2025–26 is a flagship initiative by the BGM Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Bombay Gowrakshak Mandali (BGM). This scholarship is designed to support students enrolled in full-time undergraduate or postgraduate (general/professional) courses as well as diploma programs in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Dairy Science, Livestock (Horned Cattle) Management, Para Veterinary, Fodder Management and other allied sectors. This initiative empowers meritorious students to overcome financial barriers and pursue their education with confidence, thereby contributing to India’s thriving animal and dairy sciences sector.

The BGM Foundation is deeply rooted in a 139-year-old legacy of social service. The foundation is dedicated to improving rural lives, protecting animal welfare, and supporting the agricultural community in India. With a legacy built on social responsibility, the Foundation focuses on animal welfare, sustainable agriculture, and community empowerment.
What is the Eligibility
- Must be an Indian citizen enrolled in a recognised institution in India.
- Must be pursuing a Diploma course (any year) in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Dairy Science, Livestock (Horned Cattle) Management, Para Veterinary, Fodder Management or allied fields.
- Must have secured a minimum of 50% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in the last qualifying examination. (Note: 5% relaxation to students belonging to the preference list.)
- Annual parental income should not exceed INR 8 lakh (from all sources)
- Children of employees of Buddy4Study or BGM Foundation are not eligible to apply.
Note:
- Preference will be given to:
- Girl students, PwD, Single-parent Child, Orphans
- First-generation college graduates
- Students from aspirational or rural districts
- Students who have studied in government schools
- Students who come from village/rural backgrounds

- You will now be redirected to the ‘BGM Foundation Pashu-Seva Scholarship Program 2025–26' application form page.
- Click on the 'Start Application' button to begin the application process.
- Fill in the required details in the online application form.
- Upload the required documents.
- Accept the 'Terms and Conditions' and click on 'Preview.'
- Review the preview screen to ensure that all the filled-in details are correct.
- If all the details appear correctly on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

Benefits
Students will receive a fixed Scholarship of INR 36,000 per year
Required Documents
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Proof of admission for the current academic year (admission letter or college ID card)
- Previous semester/class marksheet
- Fee receipt or fee structure from the institution
- Family income certificate (issued by the competent authority)
- Bank account details (copy of passbook or cancelled cheque in applicant’s name)
- Declaration by the applicant confirming the authenticity of the submitted documents
