Inspired by our Founder-Chairman Shri Dhirubhai Ambani’s vision, Mrs. Nita Ambani, Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, announced a commitment in December 2022 to award 50,000 scholarships over 10 years. This ambitious initiative builds on a proud legacy of empowering over 28,000 young individuals across India through our scholarship programs to date.
Our mission is to nurture and empower meritorious students, helping them pursue higher education, emerge as young professionals, and contribute significantly to India’s growth. Each year, we proudly support 5,100 bright minds through two distinct programs:

Who Can Apply?
We invite applications from meritorious students who:
Are aspiring to be first-year undergraduate students (academic year 2025-26) in any stream of their choice.
Come from underprivileged backgrounds, with a household income of less than INR 15 lakhs per year (with a strong preference for those with an income below INR 2.5 lakhs per year).
Special encouragement is given to female students and students with disabilities to apply.

Scholarship Eligibility (Undergraduate Scholarships)
To be eligible for the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships, an applicant must:
Be a resident Indian citizen.
Have passed Standard 12th with a minimum of 60% marks.
Be currently enrolled in the 1st year (academic year 2025-26) of a regular, full-time undergraduate degree course in any stream.
Have a household income of less than INR 15 lakhs per year (with strong preference given to those with an income below INR 2.5 lakhs).
A mandatory online aptitude test is required for all applicants.
You are NOT eligible if you are:
In the 2nd year or higher of your undergraduate studies (i.e., started your course in the academic year 2024-25 or before).
Pursuing your degree through online, hybrid, remote, distance, or any other non-regular modes.
A diploma holder after 10th standard.
Pursuing 2-year or 6-year undergraduate degree courses.
Found cheating during the mandatory aptitude test or fail to complete it.
How to Apply
Applying for the Reliance Foundation Scholarships is a two-step process to ensure we identify the brightest and most deserving students:
- Initial Registration & Eligibility Check (Buddy4Study):
Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button below.
Log in to Buddy4Study using your registered ID. If you don’t have one, register quickly with your Email, Mobile number, or Google account.
You will then be redirected to the ‘Reliance Foundation Scholarships 2025-26’ official page on Buddy4Study.
Complete the online Eligibility Questionnaire on the Reliance Foundation section of the Buddy4Study website. - Full Application & Aptitude Test (Reliance Foundation Portal):
If you fulfill the initial eligibility criteria, you will receive an email invitation with login information for Reliance Foundation’s dedicated application portal.
Log in to the portal using the username and password provided in the email.
Crucially, all applicants must complete an online aptitude test. Once your application form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your online exam. The aptitude test link will be available through the Reliance Foundation Scholarships application portal one day before your test date. Your application will only be considered complete once you have finished the aptitude test.
Complete the scholarship application form and upload all the required documents.
Submit your final application.
Important Notes:
Scores from the aptitude test will be sent directly to Reliance Foundation, and applicants will not be notified of their scores.
The Reliance Foundation does not charge any application or processing fees for this scholarship program.

Applicant’s recent passport-size photograph
Address proof (for your permanent address)
Marksheets of Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations
Bonafide Student Certificate from your current college/institution of enrollment (confirming 1st-year enrollment in 2025-26)
Official Disability Certificate (if applicable, issued by a relevant Government authority)
Family income proof (issued by Gram Panchayat/Ward Counsellor/Sarpanch/SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar)
- After submitting your application, you will also need to provide your PAN and Bank details.
