Residence: Be a permanent resident of Haryana.
Caste: Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category in Haryana.
Study Level: Be currently studying at the post-matric or post-secondary level.
Institution: Be enrolled in a recognized institution or university within India. This includes:
Institutions of National Importance
Central and State Universities
Autonomous colleges recognized by UGC
Deemed Universities
Private Universities with NAAC/NBA accreditation
Private professional institutions affiliated with recognized universities
Recognized schools/colleges for Class 11 and 12
Diploma-granting institutions recognized by the State/UT Government
Family Income: Have an annual family income of up to INR 2,50,000.
What the Scholarship Covers:
The scholarship provides comprehensive support throughout your course, including:
Fees: Mandatory non-refundable fees, including tuition fees set by the State Government’s fees/fixation rationalization committee.
Academic Allowance: Financial support for daily academic expenses, varying by course category.
Note: Students pursuing CA/ICWA/CS/ICFA will be considered day scholars for academic allowance.
Exclusion: Students enrolled in correspondence or online courses are not eligible for academic allowances.
Additional Support: Special allowances for Divyang (differently-abled) students.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step Guide):
Follow these simple steps to submit your scholarship application:
- Start Application: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ option on the portal.
- Register or Log In:
If you’re a new user, click ‘Register’ and provide the required information.
If you’re already registered, simply log in using your Gmail, mobile number, or email ID. - Student Registration: From your dashboard, navigate to the top menu, select “Student Registration,” and click on it.
- Family ID & OTP:
Enter your Family ID (Parivar Pehchaan Patra).
Select the applicant’s name from the displayed list of family members.- Click ‘Generate OTP’.
- Verify OTP: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received on your registered mobile number and click ‘Verify OTP’.
- Review Details: The registration form will automatically populate with your details. Review and verify all information carefully.
- Complete Registration: Choose your Department and College, create a password, and click ‘Register’ to finalize your registration.
- Login to Apply: Use your newly created login details to access the scholarship application on the portal.
- Fill Application: Accurately fill in all required information, including your course, roll number, and confirm eligibility criteria.
- Save & Submit: Once all details are entered, click ‘Apply’ to save and submit your application.
