This initiative is designed to empower meritorious and deserving students across India by offering up to 100% tuition fee waiver and a streamlined admission opportunity into any of the NU’s flagship undergraduate programmes mentioned below:
- B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology) in Biotechnology, Computer Science & Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Cyber Security, and IoT & Automation
- 3-year BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
- Dual Degree Integrated MBA (Post-Class 12)

What is the Eligibility
- Meritorious students aspiring to pursue undergraduate education at NU in the following programmes for the academic session 2025-26:
- B.Tech (CSE, AI & DS, ECE, Cyber Security, Biotechnology, IoT & Automation)
- BBA (3-year programme)
- Dual Degree Integrated MBA (5-year programme)
- Academic requirements for admission –
- For B.Tech: Minimum 55% aggregate in both Classes 10 & 12 (PCM/PCB/PCMB)
- For BBA/Dual Degree Integrated MBA: Minimum 50% aggregate in both Classes 10 & 12 (any stream)
- Applicants who demonstrate exceptional academic merit will be considered for the merit scholarships offered by the University
- A valid rank/score in one of the following entrance exams: JEE-Main, BITSAT, SAT, CUET, IPMAT, or any recognized State Engineering Entrance Examination.
NOTE:
- Candidates without a valid entrance exam score must appear for the NIIT University Aptitude Test (NUAT).
- For applicants from IB or Cambridge boards, a minimum of Grade 4 (IB Board) or Grade C (Cambridge IGCSE Board) is required.
- Selection will be based on a composite assessment of the applicant’s performance in:
- Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations
- Entrance exam score
- Personal interaction
- Each entrance exam and education board (State/Central/International) will be evaluated separately to ensure fairness in academic assessment.
- Preference will be given to applicants from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) with a family income below INR 8 lakh per annum.

- Profile Evaluation: Applications will be reviewed based on merit, financial need, and seat availability.
- Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidates will go through document verification and a telephonic/video interaction.
- Final Selection: Physical verification will be conducted by Buddy4Study.
- Admission Confirmation: Finalised students will be guided by NIIT University to complete the online admission form and confirm admission.

The scholarship amount will be determined based on academic merit, entrance exam performance, and eligibility criteria.
Note:
The scholarship is renewable annually and will continue only if the student meets the requisite academic performance criteria as defined by the NIIT University.
