About the Program
Margdarshan Mentorship Program by CNH – ITC is an initiative of India Technology Centre (ITC), an entity of CNH Industrial that aims to enhance the professional skills, overall development and employability of underprivileged students by imparting mentorship support to them. Aligned with CNH Industrial’s vision of building a better world, this mentorship program is meant for students studying in any year of B.Tech degree at government or government-aided colleges/universities located in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad. The eligible applicants of this program will get a chance to attend an elaborate online upskilling webinar, to be conducted by the employees of ITC. Moreover, the applicants will also get an opportunity to receive one-to-one mentorship, career counselling and learning solutions by CNH Industrial employees.

About the India Technology Centre (ITC)
Since its inception in March 2021, CNH Industrial’s India Technology and Digital Centre has become a hub for innovation and research, equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including huddle rooms, advanced labs, and cutting-edge technologies such as innovation centres, vehicle simulation tools, and an XR/VR lab. The Centre serves as a strategic base for providing R&D capabilities and collaboration on global, technology-driven projects, particularly in the fields of digital and product development. Its focus includes improving product quality, reducing costs and cycle times, enhancing customer experiences, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. The Centre is actively engaged in a variety of technologies, including cloud computing, software, embedded systems, electrification, autonomous technologies, advanced analysis, simulation, automation, and mechanical/electrical design. It also leads the development of next-generation solutions such as alternative fuels, machine efficiency, electrification, automation, autonomous vehicles, and connected vehicle data management. What is the Eligibility
- Open to B.Tech students (any year) from Government or Government-Aided colleges/universities located in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad.
- Minimum 60% marks in the previous academic year.
- The annual family income of the applicants must be less than or equal to ₹6 lakh from all sources.
- This is not a scholarship program; rather, it is a mentorship opportunity.

- Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
- Fill in the required details in the online application form.
- Upload relevant documents.
- Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’.
- If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

- 9 exclusive one-on-one mentorship sessions per mentee from experienced employees at CNH Industrial.
- 9 group webinars to be conducted by subject matter experts.
Note:
- Scheduling of the online sessions of mentors and mentees for the course duration is based on mutual preference.
- The mentees will have the option to request rescheduling sessions.
