About the Program
L'Oréal India invites applications for the L’Oréal For Young Women in Science Program 2025-26 from girls who have passed Class 12 and wish to pursue higher education in science. The scholarships will be awarded to promising young women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Selected scholars will receive financial aid to cover college fees for Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and PhD studies in any scientific field, including Pure Sciences, Life Sciences, Applied Sciences, Engineering, Medicine, Cosmetology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology, and more, at a recognised college or university in India. Established in 2015, the program has supported over 550 young women to study in various scientific fields.
What is the Eligibility
- Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate (any year) degree in a science-related field.
- Applicants must have passed Class 12 in the Science stream.
- Open to female students only.
- Applicants must have secured a minimum of 85% marks in Class 12.
- Applicants’ annual family income should be less than INR 6,00,000.
- Students from PAN India can apply.
- Children of employees of L'Oréal India and Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply.

- You will now be redirected to the ‘L'Oréal India for Young Women in Science Scholarships 2024-25’ application form page.
- Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process, fill the required details in the online application form, and upload the necessary documents.
- Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and indicate your acceptance to move ahead towards submitting the application, and click on ‘Preview’.
- If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

- Available semester/year mark sheet.
- Proof of admission at current institution (Admission Letter/Institution ID Card)
- Expenses receipts to be taken for the current academic year
- Certificates for science-related extracurricular activities (if applicable)
- Statement of Purpose (SoP)
- Recent passport-sized photograph
Note: If the result of last year’s semester is awaited, then the mark sheet of the preceding marksheet will be considered.
