About the Program
ITC Fee Reimbursement Scholarship, Kerala 2025-26 is an initiative of the Department of Minority Welfare, Kerala Government, for students of the state studying in government-approved ITC/ITI institutions. This scheme aims to support students belonging to the minority communities, including Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, Jains, etc. The selected students will receive a one-time scholarship of up to ₹20,000.

What is the Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be domiciled in Kerala
- belong to the Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Parsi, and Jain communities
- be studying in a government-approved ITC/ITI
- have scored at least 75% attendance in the current year
- have annual family income less than ₹8,00,000 from all sources (if belongs to the Above Poverty Line category)
Note:- For students belonging to the BPL (Below Poverty Line) category, there is no income criterion.
How to Apply
Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below and read all details.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and fill in the required details to 'Register'. (Note – If already registered, log in using the registered email Id.)
Step 3: Select the student registration option and fill in the required details. Then, click 'Register'.
Step 4: After successful registration, log in with valid credentials.
Step 5: Proceed with the application following the necessary steps.

Note:- 10% of scholarship has been reserved for female students. If a certain percentage of female candidates are not available then male students are eligible for the scholarship.

- Applicants registration printout
- Copy of mark list of SSLC, PLASTA/VHSE
- ITI documents (admission card, tuition fee payment receipt, ID card)
- Copy of first page of bank pass book in applicant's own name
- Copy of aadhaar card or NPR card
- Domicile certificate
- Copy of community certificate, or minority certificate
- Income certificate (Assal) from Village Office
- Copy of ration card
- Copy of mark list/certificate if mark list is not received
Selection Criteria
The applicants must be selected based on the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria and financial needs.

- The Head of the Institution will verify the documents submitted by the applicant.
- The discrepancies and authenticity of certificates will be checked thoroughly by the institutions.
- Once documents are checked by the institutions, students are required to submit the online application form.
