Free Coaching for DNT Students under SEED (Scheme for Economic Empowerment of DNTs) 2025-26

About the Program

The Free Coaching for DNT Students under the SEED (Scheme for Economic Empowerment of DNTs) is an initiative by the Development and Welfare Board for De-notified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Communities (DWBDNC) under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. It aims to provide high-quality coaching to students belonging to De-notified Tribes (DNT), Nomadic Tribes (NT), and Semi-Nomadic Tribes (SNT), empowering them to succeed in competitive examinations and secure suitable employment in the public or private sector.

Under this program, students from the above-mentioned categories who are currently in Class 12 or have already passed Class 12 are eligible to receive coaching fees of up to INR 1,20,000 along with additional benefits, to prepare for examinations such as NEET, JEE Main, CLAT, NDA, TOEFL, SAT, CA-CPT, RRB, Banking, Insurance, State Police, and CPL Courses.

This scheme has been formulated by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment under the Scheme for Economic Empowerment of DNTs (SEED) to promote the development and welfare of DNT, NT, and SNT communities.

About Development and Welfare Board for the De-notified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Communities (DWBDNC)

The De-notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes (DNTs) are among the most neglected, marginalised and economically and socially deprived communities in the country.

The constitution of the Development and Welfare Board for the De-notified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Communities (DWBDNC) by the Government is among the most significant steps taken in recent years to facilitate socio-economic empowerment of DNTs.
