About the Program
Civil Service Fee Reimbursement Scholarship for Minorities, Kerala 2025-26 is an opportunity offered by the Department of Minority Welfare, Government of Kerala to students belonging to the minority community of Kerala. The selected candidates will receive a one-time tuition fee of ₹20,000 and a hostel fee of ₹10,000.

What is the Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must –
- be a native of Kerala state
- belong to a minority community (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Parsi, Buddhist, Jain)
- be studying in a government-recognised institution
- have an annual family income of less than ₹8,00,000
How to Apply
Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:-

Step 3: Select the student registration option and fill in the required details. Then, click 'Register'.
Step 4: After successful registration, log in with valid credentials.
Step 5: Proceed with the application following the necessary steps.
